Business Analyst 

Duties and Responsibilities

Bio Conscious is looking for a Business Analyst that will contribute to a wide variety of projects at the company. Because we're a startup, you will have considerable control over the direction of your various projects.

As a Business Analyst, you will:

  • Coordinate with regulatory consultants, software developers and machine learning engineers to prepare regulatory documents for the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for our Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) technology.

  • Coordinate with developers and engineers and the Quality Assurance Manager to develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets FDA regulatory requirements. 

  • Prepare applications for funding, including applications related to any trials we may be conducting.

  • Track the performance of marketing and social media campaigns.

  • Help in the creation of marketing content and sales collateral.

  • Help monitor and maintain company social media accounts.​

Requirements 

We're looking for an individual with the following:

  • Has at least 2 years relevant work experience.

  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and can convey ideas and map workflows clearly and concisely.

  • Understands mobile and web app software development processes and agile methodology. 

  • Is detail oriented.

  • Has excellent organizational skills.

  • Can juggle multiple projects and tasks.
